650 words. It's your chance to tell your story to the admissions officer. As a former newspaper reporter, Max will help you hook the reader. Together, we'll find the perfect topic, channel your voice, and add spice to your Personal Statement.

Common App Questions

Max's twist? Complete the OPTIONAL 650-word Additional Information section of the Common App. Most students leave it blank. That's blasphemy! Instead, you'll showcase your extracurriculars, clubs, and roles.

Supplemental Essays

Are you staring at a blank page? Does Brown's "What Brings You Joy" essay sadden you? Are you struggling to complete Columbia's movie and booklists? Or USC's snappy short answers? Don't despair! Max will share with you successful essays that “worked”, doling out tips and edits.

Test Prep

If you're struggling to boost your SAT/ACT score, Max can offer you proven test-taking strategies in personalized tutoring sessions tailored to your learning style. At his previous test prep agency, Max was the most requested Reading/Writing tutor.
